Guidelines

Anyone can apply. Anyone who considers KVCC their home can apply for a grant of up to $2,000.
Something local. Projects need to assist something or someone local (other than the person applying or their own family).
Do it together. Find at least 2 or more people to do a project with!
Multiply the money. We hope you can get creative & multiply the gift! (Example: Instead of using the $1,000 to help pay someone’s medical bills, the $1,000 could be used to put together a fundraiser to raise $5,000.)

How long have you been attending KVCC and how have you been involved?

What is your project and who will it impact?

How much money are you requesting and how will the funds be used? Give as much detail as you are able to. (Grants are available up to $2,000).

We ask that you d projects in community with others. Who are the 2 to 3 other people who are helping you with this project?

The projects should aim to empower and invest in people not simply enable them. How is your project investing in the long term health of the individuals you are helping and investing in those relationships?

If you are approved for the funds, we ask that you would report back with details of how the project went, how the funds were used, along with being open to video & pictures. Do you agree to do this?
